Chic Sheet: Gretta Monahan's Style and Beauty Tips and Tricks

All month long "Good Morning America" has been jump-starting your new year with fitness and fashion tips from top experts in their respective industries.

Today, supermodel Heidi Klum showed "GMA" her secrets to staying fit. Style and beauty expert Gretta Monahan then shared tips for how you can look supermodel stylish all the time.

Tip 1: Drink Coconut Water

Coconut water provides great hydration. You can also use coconut oil as a hair and body moisturizer.

Tip 2: Use Argan Oil

Argan oil is a highly concentrated moisturizing serum that is made from pressing the kernels of the Argan tree from Morocco. Argan oil may be used to moisturize hair, nails, body and face.

Tip 3: Use Vitamin E

Vitamin E capsules are easy to carry around. Just prick a capsule with a pin and use it as a lip, hair, body or face moisturizer.

Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that protects and repairs skin and helps fight signs of aging.

Gretta's Web Extra Tips

- For on-the-go makeup that looks pretty and polished, models rely on a multitasking product like Stila Convertible Color. The small compact contains a cream that can be used on lips, cheeks and even eyes. Pick a neutral pink to stash in your handbag for touch-ups anytime, anywhere!

- For the tousled hair that models favor, comb wet hair into four sections, spritz with a lightweight styling spray (such as Bumble and Bumble Surf Spray) then twist until the hair coils against the head. Secure with an elastic and allow to air dry or blast with a blow dryer for a few minutes to speed up the process. Once the hair is mostly dry, uncoil and finger comb to create piece-y waves that look a little "undone" yet sexy.

- Always keep a scarf on hand. A colorful, lightweight and generously sized scarf will never let you down since it can be used as a wrap, a neck warmer, a sarong or even a tube top. There are tons of ways to tie a scarf so just one will allow you to create multiple looks. Check out this genius video for some unique ideas!

- To make bare legs look long and lean, first use a self tanner like St. Tropez Self Tan Bronzing Mousse. Once the color has developed, it's time to employ a little trickery! Apply a pearly or champagne body highlighter down the center of the thighs and shins to make them appear thinner. Scott Barnes' Body Bling in Platinum is perfect for this. This highlighting trick can also be used on arms.
