How to Cook Lobster Tails

You bought lobster tails for tonight. Now what the heck are you supposed to do with them? Here's a quick, easy guide that will make you look like you know what you're doing.

1. Make sure lobster tail is fully thawed. Using kitchen scissors, slice each one down the center of the base to where it meets the tail. Pull the sides of the base away from each other to expose the meat. (Keep the fan side intact.)

2. Put your fingers under the lobster meat to carefully loosen it from the tail. (This allows for easy eating.)

3. Brush tails with a few tablespoons of melted butter and a sprinkle of salt. Wrap in aluminum foil, place on a sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees for a 6-ounce tail. Serve with melted butter and slices of lemon.
