Master chefs Emeril Lagasse and Mario Batali are going head to head in a "Good Morning America" cook off to benefit Food and Wine Magazine's Chefs Make Change Campaign.

The winning chef will earn bragging rights in the "GMA" kitchen. The face-off is set for Thursday, Feb. 2. on "GMA" and we want you to pick their main ingredient!

    I don't feel that Mario is out to destroy Emeril or any other chef. Each is great in what they do. It's good to see some competiveness between chefs, I think it helps them to want to strive to be better at what they do. I feel Emril set the stage for these other chefs.

    Mario's going to totally destroy Emeril. Emeril is a great showman, but Mario is a far better chef.
