The entire world is watching the pregnancy of Kate Middleton, the wife of Britain's Prince William, but one woman has gone a step further by creating drawings of how she believes the unborn child could look as a toddler and teenager.
Suretha Erasmus, a South Africa-based geneticist, created the striking drawings of a male and female child that each seems to share the expectant parents' facial characteristics, the Daily Mail newspaper reported.

Based on the images, Erasmus believes a girl would favor Kate Middleton in looks, including inheriting her defined eyebrows and full lashes.

If the child is a boy, he would tend to look more like his father, sharing his jaw line and mouth, the Mail reported.
Erasmus is a genetic counselor in private practice in South Africa, according to her online bio. She and partner Noelene Kinsley founded their Johannesburg-based company, GC Network Pty Ltd., in 2011 "to build the ultimate genetic counseling community website in South Africa," according to the company's website.

The future monarch of England, according to Erasmus, is expected to have William's blue eyes and Middleton's darker hair, and could also bear a strong resemblance to Princess Diana, the 30-year-old prince's late mother.
