“It’s an amazing feeling,” Roberts said, speaking of her improved health to People magazine for the issue that will hit newsstands Friday.
She received the transplant in September to treat myelodysplastic syndrome, or MDS, and said the procedure took its toll on her.

There were times when she couldn’t eat, drink or get out of bed. She added that there was a point “where I felt like I was dying,” People reported.
Roberts, 52, will return to “GMA” on Feb. 20 and will be featured on a special edition of “20/20” on Feb. 22.
Last month she returned to the “GMA” set for a test run, and has said she's excited for her return to the show.
