Summer is here and the temperatures are rising. Just because the thermometer reads red, however, doesn't mean your bank account has to as well.

Kate Dimmock of People StyleWatch magazine appeared on " Good Morning America" today with hot looks for summer that won't break your budget.

Shorts: Shorts are a great way to play up your legs and a fun alternative to skirts. Shorts can be great for a night out and, if you work in a creative environment, you can even wear these to work. Look for shorts in prints or silky fabrics for a more dressed-up feel.
