Jennifer Lopez Denies Oscar Night Slip

Jennifer Lopez, known for showing a lot of skin on the red carpet, denies having a "nip slip" while presenting on Sunday night's 84th Annual Academy Awards, reports US Weekly.

Onstage to present the Oscar for Best Costume Design and Best Makeup with Cameron Diaz, Lopez's plunging Zuhair Murad gown left many wondering if she showed too much - indeed, some news outlets pixilated her chest afterward, even though it was just a rumored wardrobe malfunction.

The actress' stylist, Mariel Haenn, came to her defense, tweeting, "The dress fit perfectly to her every inch. There were cups built in and there's no chance that there were any, how do you say? 'slips.' While the dress did give the illusion of sheer-ness, the joke's on everyone who wishes they saw something. If you thought that dress was hot wait until you see what's next."

Lopez's fellow American Idol judge Steven Tyler, also weighed in.

Tyler was a guest on Monday night's Jimmy Kimmel Live! and was asked about the possible wardrobe malfunction.

"If you look closely here at her cleavage, which I'm sure you've done before," Kimmel said, holding a picture of Lopez presenting at the Oscars, "you can almost see something there."

Kimmel asked Tyler to "inspect" the picture "as an expert."  The Aerosmith frontman put on his glasses, and confirmed that there was nothing to the controversy.

"That would not be it," Tyler said.
