Man Arrested Trespassing at Miley Cyrus' Home

A man was arrested at Miley Cyrus' Los Angeles home after allegedly jumping her fence and trying to force his way into her home clutching a pair of scissors.

Video obtained by TMZ shows police detaining the man inside Cyrus' property, after spotting him in the bushes inside the wall around her home. In the video, he tells the officers his name is Jason Luis Rivera and that he is carrying scissors in his back pocket. He's wearing a large red heart on a necklace around his neck.

He also tells the police that he and Cyrus "have been friends for five years," before being put in the squad car.

Police responded to a 911 call from the home at about 4 a.m. Saturday. There, they found and arrested the man for trespassing, carrying a pair of scissors onto her property, The Associated Press reports.

Authorities say the man repeatedly threw himself against the walls of the house, apparently trying to get in.

He told authorities he and 19-year-old Cyrus had been secretly married for years, ABC News Los Angeles station KABC-TV reports.

The pop star wasn't home at the time of the arrest. Relatives staying at the Studio City area home made the 911 call.

Charges have not yet been filed against the man.

This is the third time the singer's been targeted by an alleged stalker. In March, a 26-year-old man pleaded guilty to loitering after he was caught lurking near the “Hannah Montana” star’s house in the middle of the night

And in 2009, 53-year old Mark McLeod, who reportedly thought he and Cyrus were engaged, pleaded guilty to obstruction and disorderly conduct after he repeatedly tried to contact her on the set of her movie "The Last Song."
