Makeup on the go: could you apply cosmetics in a cab?

Women are ditching the bathroom for the bus for their morning makeup routine.

In a rush? A recent report revealed that 67 percent of British women apply their makeup during the morning commute. If this sounds familiar, you may appreciate a guide to makeup for the time-deprived.

The recent study conducted by British department store Debenhams found that women in their thirties were the most likely to indulge in morning makeup on the move, while those in their twenties were more likely to apply cosmetics come evening time as they headed out for post-work drinks.

It also revealed 89 percent of women touch up their cosmetics while in transit and that lipstick is the most applied item during a journey. Conversely, eyeliner was cited as the trickiest product to apply, with only 33 percent of females attempting this.
