Artist Creates Amazing Snow Art
Simon Beck, an artist from Southern England, is famous for creating impressive pieces of art in the snow. Most of his work takes about 10 hours to complete and are crafted in the ski resort of Les Arcs in the French Alps, where Beck owns an apartment and spends most of the winter. He uses geometry and crop circles for inspiration and doesn’t use a snowmobile or sled to aid him. Beck completes the designs on foot, equipped with a handheld compass and measuring tape. The art usually lasts until the next heavy snowfall.
