The hot new celebrity cast of season 16 of "Dancing With the Stars" was announced Tuesday, Feb. 26 on "GMA" along with their professional dancing partners. Sean Lowe is going from “The Bachelor” to the ballroom. The newly-engaged “Bachelor” will join the season 16 "DWTS" cast and will pair up with professional dancer Peta Murgatroyd. Murgatroyd, who has competed with Gilles Marini, won the mirror ball trophy on season 14 with contestant Donald Driver.
