Helicopter Ride Lands Girlfriend on 5,000-Foot Peak for Breathtaking Proposal

One man truly took his love to new heights with a sky-high proposal that is going viral. Dave Brown proposed to his girlfriend, Lisa Millar-Jones, atop a stunning 5,000-foot peak in Vancouver’s Pinecone Burke Provincial Park this summer, after she was escorted by helicopter. Brown came up with the elaborate high-altitude plan when he heard Millar-Jones, an aspiring photo-stylist, was already planning a shoot on the mountaintop to work on her portfolio. With the help of friends, one of whom, Brad Friesen, is a commercial helicopter pilot, Brown arrived first in a suit to prepare the private location with champagne on ice. As Millar-Jones approached in the helicopter, she was stunned to see Brown waiting, where he dropped to his knee and popped the question. She said “yes,” and they wasted no time popping the champagne. To watch the amazing video of the proposal, click HERE.
