PHOTOS: Lady Gaga Takes on ‘Wizard of Oz’ in ‘Applause’ Performance on ‘GMA’

Lady Gaga hit the “Good Morning America” stage today with a special “Wizard of Oz” themed-performance of her new single, "Applause." Channeling Dorothy, the 27-year-old began with a rendition of “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” before breaking into the hit. The singer transformed into multiple personas for the show-stopping performance - from Dorothy to Glinda the Good Witch to the Wicked Witch of the West - and danced on the yellow brick road stage surrounded by fans dressed as poppy flowers.  CLICK HERE TO WATCH GAGA SHARE HER INSPIRATION FOR THE ‘OZ’ PERFORMANCE.
"There's no place like 'Good Morning America,'" she said after her applause-worthy performance.
Her latest album, “ARTPOP,” which includes the hit single “Applause,” will be released on Nov. 11.
