    1. Baking soda has so many uses. It’s included in many brands of toothpaste, and you can use the powder in your kitchen to help whiten your teeth. Mix a teaspoon of baking soda with a little water and use the paste to brush your teeth. Don’t overuse it, and don’t leave it on your teeth for too long, because baking soda is abrasive and could damage the enamel on your teeth.
