Worst: Sure, Salma Hayek's Alexander McQueen gown shows off her little waist. And her up-do is the perfect way to wear your hair when you have a highly embellished neckline. Still, the dress seems to be trying too hard to be regal and makes Hayek look like a caricature of herself.
