    Ryan wins re-election

    Republican vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan earned a concession prize on Nov. 7 after he lost the national race as presidential candidate Mitt Romney's running-mate, but reclaimed his congressional seat in Wisconsin after defeating Rob Zerban (D).
