    Syria civil war

    The civil war has killed an estimated 70,000 people, displaced more than four million and turned neighbor against neighbor, with civilians paying the price in the nation's two-year-old conflict. More than 6,000 people were killed in the Syrian civil war in March alone, according to a leading activist group.
