    He may have had special treatment, possibly longer probation with some community hours served along with house confinement (speak at schools and drivers ed courses...) ....however, to put him in jail for 35 years.....its a little extreme...his punishment was a life lesson that will never be forgotten, he will live with this for the rest of his life.
