You can't blame the girl for being hungry.
Adorable 3-year-old Zoey Jackson, of Tucson, Ariz., thought she deserved a special treat for all her hard work breaking some major news.
"I have a special announcement to make," the tiny toddler begins in the YouTube video posted Jan. 27.
"I will have a baby brother or sister," she says, proudly holding up the sonogram for all her viewers to see.
"The baby is that big and that wide," Zoey continues, using her little fingers to mimic the size.
"If my sister or my brother comes, they might play with me," she says, excited, adding however, "Course, they might steal all my toys, but that's OK."
The pint-sized soon-to-be big sister concludes her time in the limelight with, "That's the end of my story. Bye! Adios! Bye!," she exclaims as she waves to the camera, letting her father know she's done being a celebrity for the day.
And as far as she's concerned, all that hard work announcing a new bun in the oven should certainly be rewarded.
"Can I have a cookie now daddy?," Zoey asks her father, Jesse Jackson, who's sitting off-camera.
"Yeah," he complies.
"OK, get me one daddy," she replies without missing a beat.
Jackson says Zoey almost spilled the beans to their family several times prior to the video, so he figured the best way to make the official announcement was to have her be the star.
"Surprisingly she was willing to go through the whole thing, but to her, this was a paid gig," Jackson told GoodMorningAmerica.com. "She wanted the cookie."
The happy family will find out the sex of the baby, who is due in July, at the end of February.
