Bestselling author and original " Skinnygirl" Bethenny Frankel has a lot on her plate this New Year, from being a mom to her 1-year-old daughter Brynn, to starring in her own reality TV show on Bravo, to running a multi-million dollar empire of "Skinnygirl" low calorie food and drink products.
One thing she refuses to add to the mix is stress, especially when it comes to maintaining her notoriously slim and trim body.

Frankel had these three tips for dealing with temptation and staying fit:
1) DON'T BINGE. No one ever got fat because of a cookie or a slice of pizza. Don't beat yourself up if you have something you like that's not on your diet. Don't let a splurge derail your commitment to staying healthy. Don't deprive yourself of a treat every once in a while.
2) DON'T BE EXTREME WITH EXERCISE. Don't make promises you can't keep and then go months at a time without exercising. Do what you like to do consistently. If you want to go to a spin class or a boot camp every once in a while, great. But don't force yourself to do it.
3) MAKE IT WORK WHERE YOU ARE. I belong to a gym and a yoga class and never go. Do your workout when you have time where you are. I do yoga in my room when Brynn goes down for a nap. Sometimes it's 30 minutes, sometimes it's 40 or 50 minutes. I'd rather get 30 minutes in than not go to a class. Do it consistently. Commit to it in your house. People think because I'm in good shape that I must go to the gym all the time. But I don't have the time. I make it work at home.
