'Dancing With the Stars: All-Stars': Bristol Palin Voted Off in Week 4

Bristol Palin

was eliminated Tuesday night in the fourth week of ABC's "Dancing With the Stars: All-Stars."

“I’m glad we went out with decent scores, and we made an improvement,” Palin said Wednesday on “Good Morning America.”

Her son, Tripp, was in attendance at the live elimination last night.

“He had a blast. He’s going to look back on this and think it’s just hilarious. I’m glad that I did it, and I’m glad that he’s gotten to be a part of it,” Palin said.

Palin and actress Kirstie Alley had both been in the bottom two, putting them in jeopardy of being eliminated.

Palin had the second-lowest score after her rock 'n' roll routine last night. Alley was the night's low scorer after her Charleston.

Despite traditionally having earned low scores, Palin - a reality TV personality and daughter of former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin - had remained in the competition.

Elimination is decided based on combined judges' and viewer votes. The star with the lowest combined total is sent home.

Tonight's show featured a duet by singer Susan Boyle with former "Dancing" contestant Donny Osmond, and a separate performance by singer Christina Grimmie.

The stars also split into two teams for their upcoming freestyle dance. The team headed by actor Gilles Marini chose the song "Gangnam Style," by the South Korean rapper, Psy, while Olympic gymnast Shawn Johnson's team will dance to "Call Me Maybe" by Carly Rae Jepsen.

Returning next week to perform are Alley, Johnson, Marini, actress Kelly Monaco, Olympian Apolo Ohno, singer/actress Sabrina Bryan and TV personality Melissa Rycroft.
