Jennie Garth Breaks Down Over Divorce on New Reality Show

Jennie Garth broke down in the most recent episode of her new reality show, as she revealed her true feelings about her split from actor Peter Facinelli.

In an episode that aired Friday, The "Beverly Hills 90210? star opened up to her therapist on her show, "Jennie Garth: A Little Bit Country."

"I think when you get married you hope it's forever and you hope you're going to grow old together and it really threw me for a loop," Garth said as she sat in a circle with two other women, wiping her eyes.

"You're angry that you weren't enough for that person," she said, "So I don't know if I'm angry at myself for not being enough or angry at him for not considering me to be enough."

The tearful 39-year-old's father suffered from heart disease and died in March of 2008.

"You know my dad died … and losing my husband, those are the two main staples in my life," she said.

The couple had been married for 11 years and have three daughters.  They called themselves the "Facinelli Five" and were seen as the ideal couple.

Citing irreconcilable differences, 38-year-old Facinelli filed for divorce in March.

"You know it's very painful to break up with somebody especially after you've been together for 17 years and you have kids.  It's even more painful when it's played out in the media and I've tried to stay really quiet about it for the sake of my kids," Facinelli told Kelly Ripa when he co-hosted the show in April.

The actor has garnered recent attention co-starring in "Nurse Jackie" and as Carlisle Cullen in "Twilight."

"It's sad, but I really learned from this experience how much I loved him - how deeply I loved him, how deeply I loved us," Garth admitted to her therapist.

Her therapists ask her if she wants to tell her ex, to which Garth responds, "Yeah."
