Taco Bell's Fire Sauce Sparks Twitter War (ABC News)

A Twitter battle began on Monday after Old Spice posted a tweet poking fun at Taco Bell's famous "fire sauce."

"Why is it that 'fire sauce' isn't made with any real fire? Seems like false advertising," Old Spice tweeted on July 9.

Taco Bell's "fire sauce" is their spiciest sauce available. It contains jalapeno peppers, spices and vinegar. They also offer hot and mild varieties.

Taco Bell responded, "Is your deodorant made with really old spices?"

Several people responded, including one user who tweeted "that's an excellent point. So, what type of aged spices is Old Spice made from?"

Both companies have yet to fire back.
