'Twilight' Fans Camping Out for Movie

'Twilight' Fans Camping Out for Movie (ABC News)

The movie industry's woes may be over. As of this afternoon, more than 2,000 people were lined up in Los Angeles for " Breaking Dawn Part 2," eager to camp out for the Monday premiere of the final installment of the "Twilight" franchise.

"Twilight" studio Summit Entertainment organized a "camp" for die-hard (some might say, slightly crazy) fans. Step one: line up in front of L.A.'s Nokia Theater to get your "camping spot" on a concrete plaza outside the theater. Step two: take part in any or all of the activities designed to placate boredom during your five day wait, including "Twilight" movie screenings and Jamba Juice-sponsored workouts.

Step three: scream your lungs out when Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner, and the rest of the gang grace the red carpet Monday. Finally, race back to your local movie theater so you can actually see the film when it comes out Nov. 16. Look out for lines there too - advance ticket sales for the movie accounted for nearly 30-percent of MovieTickets and Fandango's Wednesday sales, according to Deadline.com.
