"We feel so lucky to have been able to experience the miracle of birth once again and are forever grateful for the opportunity to be the parents of another little angel," Bündchen wrote on Facebook today. "Vivian Lake was born at home on December 5. She is healthy and full of life."
"Thank you all for your support and well wishes. We wish you and your families many blessings," she added, alongside a photo of her holding the baby's hand.
The Brazilian supermodel, 32, and New England Patriots quarterback welcomed a their daughter Wednesday night, the Boston Globe reported. It's the first girl for the couple.
Vivian joins brothers Benjamin Reid, 2, and half-brother John Edward, 5, whom Brady had with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan. Vivian was born a few days shy of Benjamin's birthday, Dec. 8.
Additional details about the birth have yet to be released.

Bündchen keeps her fans updated on her Facebook page, where she recently posted a picture showing off her yoga moves. She also tends to keep a positive attitude and wrote to her followers in a post, "Children are our most valuable resource. We need to cherish them."
Bündchen was named the top earner on Forbes' annual list of highest-paid models of 2012, a title she's held for six consecutive years. Bündchen is best known for her role as a Victoria's Secret model. She and Leonardo DiCaprio ended their high-profile, five-year relationship in 2005.
Bündchen and Brady were also named the world's highest-paid celebrity couple of 2011.

In 2010, Brady signed a four-year, $72 million contract extension.
