Couple’s Engagement Photos Spoof Cheesy Rom-Com Movie Posters
Why stick to the run-of-the-mill engagement photos when you could do this? Dean Smollar and his fiancée, Julieanne Bellevue, of Los Angeles, Calif., used their upcoming October nuptials as the perfect excuse to become the stars of their own romantic comedy. “We were thinking how cliché and silly Rom-Com movie posters are,” Smollar, 26, told GoodMorningAmerica.com. “After we spent a few hours laughing at them online, we thought, ‘We should totally do that.’” The playful pair teamed up with photographer friend, Temma Hankin, to have their photos taken “in all the cheesiest Rom-Com movie poster poses,” like “Taking the Leap,” Hitched,” and “Stuck Together,” which the happy couple is now using as their “Save the Dates” for guests.
