Man Matches Iconic Movie Scenes to Real-Life Locations

New York City landmarks, street corners and neighborhood cafes have served as backdrops in some of the greatest movies of all time. Ever tried to find the real-life spot where a memorable scene was shot? Photographer Christopher Moloney did just that, matching hundreds of famous and lesser known movie scenes with the location where they were filmed, in a series of photos on his tumblr blog, FILMography.  From “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” to “Fame,” ““The Hangover II,” and “Black Swan,” the film enthusiast has more than 200 photos across New York City – and some in Asia – that show the intersection between movie magic, photography and every day life.
