NBA star Stephen Curry last month visited Tanzania, where he helped distribute anti-malaria mosquito netting to the needy at Nyarugusu Refugee Camp as part of a program organized by the United Nations Foundation’s Nothing But Nets. Malaria, a disease which is transmitted by mosquito bite, kills a child in Africa every 60 seconds. Bed nets work by creating a protective barrier against malaria-carrying mosquitoes that bite at night. Click HERE to learn more about the program.
