Who let these dogs out? The annual World’s Ugliest Dog contest celebrated its 25th anniversary on June 21 at the Sonoma-Marin Fair in Petaluma, Calif. Twenty-three homely pooches were in the running for the dubious title, which comes with a $1,500 cash prize and a trophy. In the end, Walle took home the top honors.
