So if you went and saw "X-Men: Days of Future Past" last night for the premiere, you are probably like everyone else and asking, "Who was that guy at the end of the movie building the pyramids?"
The scene fits perfectly into the next movie, “X-Men: Apocalypse," set to come out in 2016 and featuring that very same guy -- the unstoppable Apocalypse.
In the post-credit scene, you see man in a cloak, building the pyramids with thousands of followers chanting his name. The camera pans to his face to reveal a young man with grey skin -- Apocalypse!
You also see four horsemen in the background, loosely based on the Four Horsemen of the Bible.
The villain's real name is En Sabah Nur and he was born nearly 5,000 years ago in Marvel lore. He is widely regarded as the first and possibly most powerful mutants in history.
So what can this guy do?
According to Marvel.com, he can teleport, shape change his body, he's stronger than the Hulk (sorry Mark Ruffalo), he can move object with his mind and he can fly (Think really evil Superman, who looks like Doomsday). Plus he's super smart.
Good luck taking this guy down Professor X and Wolverine.
One theory popping up on the Internet is that the next movie is where Apocalypse will come into play because the timeline has been changed and it can become the "Age of Apocalypse" now that the Sentinels are gone.
This would parallel the comic story line "Age of Apocalypse," where in an alternate timeline this villain chose to step in and attempt a run at ruling the planet.
